Yes, Google has shot itself in the foot, hard.
With the latest google updates and algorithms, one cannot simply create keyword-targeted backlinks and get ranked higher. It seems google lowers a rank if too many of the links are targeted (like more than 10%). This would seem to be a good way to combat blackhat SEO, until you think about it.
My general SEO methods are pretty whitehat. I make a site/page/blog, link to a site I want to get a backlink for, then I ping it so google sees it. I'm creating original unique content, but now that's not enough. Now, several of my sites that I have ONLY used whitehat methods on are losing rankings big time, like from page one to page 10, and it's because I don't have enough untargeted backlinks. So, what would the solution be? Well, say my site has 500 well made white hat backlinks that are keyword targeted, to get the percentages about right I'd have to make 5000 untargeted backlinks. I have to create a large amount of untargeted content. Now, is this something that I'm going to do manually or am I just going to make low quality content with automated software and reap the benefits?
You spend $20 on a few backlink blasts with random and untargeted keywords and you benefit! So, the methods that used to work and were then stopped by google, such as huge scrapebox blasts getting you a page one spot really quickly, will now work again. As long as you already have the quality backlinks there, if your rank lowers blast the hell out of google with useless untargeted backlinks and you're good to go!
So, google has now made it so it is HARDER to do things the right way and MORE BENEFICIAL to use blackhat SEO methods. They've fkd up this time.
So for some untargeted links here really fast::

Forgot about this blog
Whoops, I forgot all about this blog, it's been a while.
Anyway, SEO has continued being fikle and unrelenting, google stacking the deck against me and anyone else who wants to get high rankings without paying for search traffic. But it's always the struggle of the little guy vs. the companies that can afford $4 a click.
Right now my my projects are varied. I was stuck offline for a month and many of my rankings tanked, Earwood and Moore stayed pretty high up there, my site about how to send newsletters dropped to the bottom of page one, but most of my sites have plummeted. It happens, without being there to keep up they sink. Now it's just a matter of getting back in there and bringing things back up again.
I want to get my hosting sites list back up, it brought in some decent affiliate revenue. I also want to get my new small business marketing and advertising service some rankings. It'd also be nice to get some rankings for my posts about free energy but that's really more of a backburner kinda thing.
Anyway, if you're reading this then that's crazy, lol. It's mostly just a place for me to stick links to my other sites, but hey if it gives you some help or some insight feel free to hit a sharing button somewhere and pass it along.

SEO Tips and what I'm up to
Well, today I just made a new SEO mini site for my Franklin Attorney clients Earwood and Moore. So you can see- Attorney in Franklin
I haven't really kept up with this blog like I originally planned, I've been busy both offline and online. Still offering the very best SEO Service in existance, but also offering marketing and advertising services at my new site, The Best Advertising.
As you can probably see from my mini site, I'm playing around with the effectiveness of spun content. I use the best free spinner on either some of my old content or some articles I found. I make sure to do at least a paragraph or two of original content, and then use some spun filler at the bottom. I'll see how effective it is, hopefully it will get me the results I'm hoping for.
I'm also hoping to get up rankings for my products to sell page, people can go there and get shyt tons of resale stuff like ebooks and SEO tools, etc. for only $10.50 per month. Hopefully I can get it to rank pretty well, I wasn't really doing anything with the domain.
I also have a project that I'm working on for free just because I want to kick the oil companies arses out of here. You can get free energy from water and I'm hoping to get the word out as much as possible because the tech has been around for decades and the energy companies just sit on that shit. Better for them to make profits than for the entire human race to benefit right? Not like anyone gives a damn, you can wave it in front of their faces and scream until your throat bleeds and they'll just keep moving along, blind to their own self enforced slavery to the oil and energy companies.
Anyway, that's all for now, next time I remember to write on here I'll be here again, lol.

Introduction to My SEO Adventure
This is a blog I'm making about my SEO adventure, where I work on SEO for my sites and the sites of my clients, and share the results, tips, and things I've learned along the way with you (that is if this site ever ranks and people actually find it and read it).
Now, my SEO services site, KickSEO.net, already has a decent PR, but not many of the others on the list do. The challenge with it is the sheer volume of competition with that niche. I've got Earwood and Moore on page one for several keywords, but my challenge with it is to get it ranked for searches that aren't exactly worded on the site. For example they service franklin NC, but nowhere on the site does it say Franklin Attorney or Attorney in Franklin. That doesn't look too attractive on the site, even though that's what would be searched on google. My hosting sites list is already a friend of page one and two, but I need it to do higher on page one for "best hosting sites" and steadily on the top pages for "hosting sites". The challenge with it is that it is also very heavy competition. The slightest change can tank it, I changed the text on the page and it sank to page 8 so lets be careful with that one. With google's new unannounced update on linking, they will penalize for too many targeted backlinks so I have to use a lot more random anchor text on all of my sites. (Anchor text is the text in the link, like the link above that says Earwood and Moore). With google's other updates, comment spamming is off limits if you want to keep any ranking. You also can't make forum posts/profiles and spam because their algorithms are picking that up too. This means that everything I do I have to do manually, randomly, and I have to do a lot of emphasis on social sharing too. SEO is such a bitch these days, but once you hit page one you want more of it, believe me.
So, my solution, I'm going to do about 40% targeted backlinks and the rest random "Click Here" type links. I can also choose from a variety of keywords for a keyword rich page like Digital Arcade Zone. There are plenty of keywords in the niche and on the page for me to go after. For sites like KickSEO or Best Hosting Sites, there aren't enough keywords I can target so I'll be doing a lot of mixed random links. Since I can't do spam, I have to manually create original content, like the content here. This post has taken me about 30 minutes to write, so I can do 2 pages per hour unless I speed through it. Now, if I make an image (probably about to) it will add some searchable content but take me an extra few minutes, but I think the image will be worth it. What do you think?
Anyway, this is my SEO adventure for now, until my next post (Because each consecutive post will boost my ranking and credibility so the links on this blog will get more attention).
